The value for money was great, and our room was comfortable with a nice big tub in the bathroom. The location was central and convenient for our excursions, and the staff treated us with exceptional friendliness and attentiveness throughout our stay.

The breakfast options could use a bit more variety to avoid it becoming monotonous.

Visiting robberg nature reserve was easy as it’s 15 minutes walk away. The views were lovely...

The staff were very helpful, responsive and friendly. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with all facilities in great condition.

There were several technical problems, but these were solved after several attempts water and television.

The hotel is situated in a prime location by the beach with beautiful views of both the mountains and the sea. It's close to all major attractions and provides easy access to the beach down the hill. The rooms have modern finishes, envious bathrooms, and comfortable bedding. The staff provides excellent service and makes you feel at home. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast fit for royalty and has well-kept grounds.

The hotel is not within walking distance of any restaurants or bars.

our recent stay in plettenberg bay was amazing, but our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations. the views from the balcony were breathtaking, the rooms were spacious and well decorated. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and waking up to the morning light was surreal. the staff were friendly and efficient, and the breakfast had lots of choices. overall, a perfect celebration getaway.
